Customer Service

We aim to ship your items within 48 hours of you placing an order if your items are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will send it as soon at it arrives or make other arrangements with you. A $25 hazmat fee is required on motor orders. If you are ordering products to be received at a launch site, there is no shipping or delivery fee. If you are in the local Huntsville area, please select local when checking out and we will contact you to arrange pickup of your products.

We at Huff Performance do not share our customer information with anyone. We strive to protect the security of our customers.

We do accept returns/exchanges for our products. For motors, the package must be unopened. For clearance items, all sales are final and we do not offer a warranty.
For Aerotech products, you must contact Aerotech directly for any warranty claims. For Cesaroni Technology, Inc products, you may contact us and we would be glad to help you with your warranty.

We accept the following options for payment: Paypal or Check / Money Order.
We work to offer the most competitive pricing for our customers. We will announce our promotions in our newsletter and on our website. We also often announce our promotions on the Phoenix Missile Works, Huntsville Area Rocketry, and Music City Missile Club email groups so keep an eye out!

Once you place an order and receive a confirmation email, you will be able to check the status of your order by logging into your account. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order.
